Laughing Water Lodge is a family oriented fishing and beach vacation resort that has been operating on beautiful Lake of the Woods Woods since the 1930's.
For those wishing to enjoy the scenic beauty of the lake at a relaxed pace,
we offer boat rentals, canoes and kayaks.
While not immersed in fishing and spending time at our world-class freshwater beach, many guests also take time to enjoy the many local restaurants, explore the fabulous gift shops, or sneak in a few holes at Sioux Narrows' White Moose Golf Course.
Our Cottages
Our six cottages are nestled among stately pine and spruce trees along the
shore of Long Point Island, one of the 14,000 islands of Lake of the Woods.
Our sand beach is popular with vacationing families
and those who wish to cool off after a long day of fishing.
Restaurants, bait and tackle, a nine hole golf course, gift shops and
groceries can be found six kilometres to the south in the town of Sioux Narrows.
We do our best to enhance your vacation with personal and friendly service
designed to help you enjoy a relaxing holiday surrounded by
the pristine natural beauty of Lake of the Woods.
